Medal?

First I took it for some sports medal, but that rifle and "JNA" letters testify military origins...
Seems to be on a neck ribbon.
Does anyone know what it is?
Doubt it's anything special - the seller had 3 of them at silly price, but I am still curios.

Hi I checked what kind of medals are these and friend of mine told me that these are medals for all kind of sport compettitions inside army.As they did not make different types for winter,summer or any other kind of sport events,they award only one type of medals for all kind of sport events.Normally they award only document and not allways medals.Medals itself are not rare but if you can get all three grades I think that fair price would be about 10 Euros for lot.
