Here is the Badge "Democratic Youth League Of Korea Athletic Honour" (민청영예체육). The Badge is quite nicely struck from copper with a nice baked enamel bar (with more solder on it than in my laptop). The reverse reads "Central Committee Of The Democratic Youth League Of Korea" (조선민주청년동맹 중앙위원회) and the bar reads something along the lines of "To be reviewed for national defence!" (로력과조국보위를위하여!) but is proving very difficult to gain a clear translation.
