3 great revolutions are not the exact revolution.s It is just a slogan. In Nov 1970, Kim Il Sung put forward the slogan of 3 great revolutions: Ideal, Technology, and Culture. He asked all North Korean citizen to work hard to make these revolutions to be true.

Order of the Red Banner of the Three Great Revolutions.

The 3 Revolutions Red Banner Order (3대혁명붉은기훈장) was instituted on 20th November 1986. The Order is used as a general award for good non-combatant deeds to the state. The design features the "Red Banner Of 3 Great Revolutions" (The three great revolutions being Culture, Technology and Ideology) and the Chollima. The Order is made from plated copper.
