DOSAAF badges - and a little help please
It seems everything I've purchased in the past few weeks arrived at the same time. If you're checking "New Posts" you'll see I've made quite a few today.
Anyway, here are some of the DOSAAF badges I've picked up along with a document that is part of a whole set of documents on Vladimir Bugaichik? If anyone can make out the name from the script, please correct me. I'll include another document (pass) with the name to see if it is any easier to make it out. I think he may be Kirghiz (at least that's where he came from in one of the passes I have for him. He was apparently an MVD officer and this DOCAAF document was for special training?
