On ebay at the moment. Amazing quality. But, is it an order, commemorative medal, a badge?

Sorry to be the discenting opinion, but am I the only one here with a strange impression about this badge: enamel, patina, engraving (rotating tool in 1924 :confused:), mushy details on the wheat stalks, etc.
