Although defaced it does have a story behind it as it was awarded to Sheme Resul Islami on 17th January 1952 by which time it was award #8949.

Unfortunately no other information is available on the recipient at the moment.

All of these certificates have the same boilerplate citation on them;

"From before the date of 10th July 1943 that marks the foundation of the general staff of the National-Liberation Army of Albania, has taken part without interruption until the end, with arms or political activity in organising the fight against the occupation and traitors for the liberation of the Nation and the Albanian People".
