Here is the Jubilee Medal "70th Anniversary Of Victory Over Fascism 1945-2015". It was awarded by the Committee For The Commemoration Of The 70th Anniversary Of The End Of The Second World War And Victory Over Fascism Under The President. Awarded not only to Veterans of the war but active members of the Voluntary Association "Tradition". Mainly issued during May 2015.
