Working to position cable-post lines in the region of Rakówka, Zalesie, Osówiec-Szlachecki Red Army Soldier Ljashenko showed courage and valour. The site, where he was putting up the line, was mined.
The enemy subjected him to aerial bombing, despite of this Ljashenko fearlessly went forward. Extracting the mines under aerial bombardment, eliminated the damage.

Comrade Ljashenko is worthy of the Governmental Award Medal "For Combat Merits".
