Here is a Military Service Registration Certificate to Konstantin Konstantinovich Ptashevskij. He registered for service on 18th February 1941 at Saratov office of the Kirov Regional Military Commissariat of Kiev, with the registration being valid until 1st September 1941.
He was called up on 12th May 1941.

Unlike a great mass of those in service in June 1941, Ptashevskij survived the war and reached the rank of Major Of Justice in the position of Chairman of the military tribunal of the 176th Rifle Division. He even received a Red Star for his service.
