His first document doesn't give much away but this one really fills a lot in.
The Medal Of "10 Years Of The Army" - with the considerably rarer Ministry Of Internal Affairs document. Awarded to "Tosun Refat Fegaj" by the Command Of The Border. It shows he was born in Faqekuqe in 1920 - not far from where his brother was martyred (and probably also born) - Martyr Hysen Refati.

Awarded the Order "Red Star" by Decree #1888 of 21st June 1954.
"For work of honesty and tirelessness during ten years of service in the rank of the People's Army." (Boilerplate) A fairly early award of the Order which was founded on 20th November 1952.
