Order Of Honourable Bukhara.

Hello,
I'm not sure if I'm posting in the correct forum, so please direct me if this needs to be posted in a different area.
I need help to identify this badge/medal. It's apx 3 1/2 inches across. It has 2 marks on the back. I have had it for several years but no nothing about it so any help is appreciated.

This is a lower grade of the Order Of Honourable Bukhara. One of the awards of the Russian Protectorate of the Emirate Of Bukhara. The Order was created in 1881 by Muzaffaruddin Bahadur Khan and was awarded until late 1920.

It's maker marked for Dmitrij Osipov.

I'll research that order. I know nothing about but I'm very curious and eager to learn more. Can you tell me...is there writing on the front of it. I wasn't sure if that was just part of the design or if it actually stands for something.
