Badge "For Trouble-Free Milage Of Locomotive 1,000,000 Kilometres".

Good morning,

i'm not so big collector of railway badges, but these one come accidentaly to my collection. I have never seen this badge before nowhere and i think it's not so common like for example flying safely 1 000 000 km. Badge is in heavy metal- two piece construction. To someone knows a bit more about these badge? What u think can be the value of these badge with document ?

I am not sure about the price of this badge. I saw similar badge (without Doc) on Russian Auction. The seller was asking $70.00, however the bade was not sold.
If you decide to sell your badge, let me know. I collect Railroad badges and don't have this one in my collection.
