Communist Party Of Germany Membership Badge.

Hi, I have this badge and I don´t know the origin. A friend tells me that is of K.P.D. (Kommunistische Partei Deutschlands) 1920/30 years.
What do you think? Is Russian or German?.

The badge is german.

Read the mark the other way around. 800 and (Cresent Moon) rather than E.Check out German hallmarks for sample moons.

Germany abolished city marks and used a cresent moon as a national mark for silver which can look like a three or E depending upon upside down or not.
