Resistance Against American Aggression Medal.

Order of Resistance against American aggression.
This one has a top bar with red white and blue enamel and gilt flag of Laos, inscribed ‘Resistance’ in Lao characters and dated ‘1955-1973’
I have seen these with the description first and second classes but i am not sure if this is correct.
