Title “Distinguished Oil Worker and Distinguished Miner” / Titulli “Naftëtar i dalluar dhe minitor i dalluar”, type 1

Established 5 March 1953. This medal, the third class, was awarded for four years of service. By 1965, these awards were replaced by the Order (and Medal) "For Distinguished Labor in Mining and Geology" (q.v.).

These Oil and Minings awards were founded by Decree #1638 of 5th March 1953 but were amended by Decrees #2237 of 5th March 1956, #2251 of 4th April 1956, #2884 of 6th April 1959 and #3054 of 25th December 1959 until they were replaced by an Order and Medal by Decree #161 of 18th January 1965.
