The Badge "Technician In The Period Of Reconstruction That Decides All" (Знак "Техника В Период Реконструкции Решает Все") was an award of the All-Union Society "For Mastering Techniques" ("За Освоение Техникой").

The All-Union Society was formed on 13th April 1931 after the unification of many other technical societies, clubs and unions. The award was founded in 1934 and the "ZOT" was disbanded in mid 1935. Even though the award was only active for 18-20 months 429,827 examples were issued.
