Yakushenko, Petr Kirillovich during his time in the 437th Motorized Battalion of the Black Sea Fleet as Deputy Commander of Political Affairs for the Battalion, by his charter and his hard work he has engrained his personnel with spirit of loyalty to the Party of Lenin and Stalin.

During the mobilization of the personnel to defeat German fascism, he enthusiastically carried of the assignment of the command in galvanizing the combat ships and units, especially during the Liberation of the Crimea and the supporting of the Danube flotilla. He leads the endless struggle for economizing fuel usage and ensuring every inch of space is utilized in the vehicles.

Comrade Yakushenko deserves the government order, the Order of the Patriotic War 2nd Class.
