Ukranian VP uniform???
This shot was from the 60th anniversary parade held in Kiev recently. Note the odd purple / blue parade uniform on left. It looks like an M1943 or VP uniform, though modern. Anyone have a better shot of this type of uniform?

This is a similar, described as a Ukrainian Uniform of Platoon of Guard of Honour.
