Here is another one of my subtle groups. Spanning from 1937 to 1993.

First we have his 1937 Tbilisi State University Booklet. A Georgian Booklet filled in in Georgian.

Here is his Military Identification dating from 1948 and filled in until 1976.
Serving in the Great Patriotic War from 1942 as a cadet (although not one of those cadets on the road to Moscow) and then a commander in a Machine Gun unit and then a Headquarters Platoon. 668 Rifle Regiment and 660 Rifle Regiment of the 406 Rifle Division and 805 Rifle Regiment of the 392 Rifle Division.

The booklet names only the Medal "Victory Over Germany".

Here is his 1958 issued driving license with insert. Issued by the Tbilisi GAI of the GSSR.

Here is his 1973 dated Party Booklet. He was a member from September 1944.

Also shown is a handwritten insert which could mean anything. Georgian handwriting isn't the easiest.

Now we get to the portable awards.

We have his 1946 awarded Medal "For Victory Over Germany In The Great Patriotic War 1941-45" issued by the 660th Rifle Regiment.

His 1948 Diploma from the Tblisi Geographical-Geological Institute "I. V. Stalin" in Hydrology-Climatology. As for just which variation of the Badge this goes with I'm unsure so I may or may not have it in the collection.

His 1970 awarded Jubilee Medal ''For Valiant Labour In Commemoration Of The 100th Anniversary Of The Birth Of Vladimir Il'ich Lenin''

It seems to be "missing" the 20 and 30 years of victory Medals, unless he was overlooked by the powers that be.

No document for a Order "Patriotic War", although he may have been low down the list and didn't receive one in due time.

Finally we have a post-Soviet 1993 dated International "Veteran" document. I don't know if this came with some sort of Badge or not but it was quite prepared to have dues be paid until 2000.
