Medal "Together Against Terrorism".

Dear All,

I have found a medal online that is described as "Together Against Terrorism." It has Putin and Bush on the front, with the text in Russian above the two leaders, English below. The ribbon is dark blue, on a 5 sided suspension, and it comes in a silver and gold medal. I have no clue if there is anything on the reverse or who gives it out for what reason. Comments?

I've seen these medals around as well, but don't know what organization has issued them.
