I also cannot understand, why so many people, who try to sell their awards, simply are not able to provide such a simple thing as good quality images of the items, they would like to sell... My digital camera is 11 years old now and it produces far better images than most of the images I see in online auctions.

Hi guys,

this is second new arrive in my hands after a while away from soviet medals ;)
I'm kindly ask some of your precious time to get opinions ....
I start saying: can't find almost nothing I don't like on this medal, to me it seems original.
Silver appear to be silver (it's something positive yet, no ? :P) I like particulars of star, hammer and s. on the front. I like its lettering in general. Connection ring soldered in silver (even if appear a bit thick ...maybe I'm wrong).
Seller states me a weight of 22,30 gr
I checked a diameter of 32,2 mm
thickness of 3 mm

Thanks for posting. If the ring is soldered on with lead solder, that is not good. On the obverse, Lenin's image appears weaker than it should. Also look at the "H" in the reverse, bottom word "РОДИНУ." The left side, bottom horizontal bar looks smashed.
