Danny,

This is a fake, and not a very good one too - fake patina is obvious; color of the red enamel is off; swords on the back are flat, etc. I will see if I can find pictures of a genuine badge.

They are two different badges.

Both were constructed in the same manner though.

Is this a example of an faked academy badge made out of silver with separately fixed shield. It has no wearing traces, no patina and looks brand new

I agree. Those separately attached shields were discontinued in 1957, so it would've at least developed some patina.
