"Honour Badge" DOSAAF.

Gentlemen,

I have not the slightest idea of what this Badge is, so I'm posting it here because I don't know if it's military, political, labor or what. Sorry in advance if it's not posted at the right thread :o

Anyway, can you please help identifying it and also give me a clue about it's average value?

It's a DOSAAF Badge.
So it's a political organisation item.
Now if only I could translate the bottom word ;)

A lot of the terms are explained in the Glossary (Researchers Corner)

DOSAAF - Dobrovolhnoe Obxestvo Sodeistviâ Armii Aviacii i Flotu - voluntary society of assistance to army, aviation and navy.

As for the price, I think Alexei could help with that one.

That's a nice badge, but not very expensive. I'd say $3-5 would be a fair price. Maybe it's underapreciated.

I was recently offered this badge with the award document. It appears that the badge is actually a converted Suvorov 3rd class! (I'm still getting photos of the reverse to confirm though.) This one is with document. Any clue as to the rarity of these and/or their relative value?
