Medal "40 Years Of The 18th Flotilla Of Heavy Nuclear Submarine Fleet".
Here is a very nice and interesting medal I bought for a few dollars on e... I think it is genuine and issued by some veteran organisation.

In Russia today it's very popular to award medals. Everyone including the church has it's own mdeals (no kidding!) It's not fair calling this medal a fantasy since chances are it was awarded by some organization. Half the fun is figuring out who awarded it ;) Rusty.
