Fake Medal "50 Years Of Militsia" Document.

I have little doubts that this document is a good quality fake, but I'd like others' opinions,

This one seems to scream "fake".
- stamp that looks like a 1 rubble coin;
- lack of issuing institution/person data (don't believe it just faded, thisdoc isnotold enough);
- no rank given
- common surname, untracable even with uncommon name like Sidor.

But is thedocument itself authentic? Or fake too?

To me it looks like it is a fake document with fake entries. The writing is appalling (although I have seen worse on real documents) but not as bad as that rubber stamp. If only all bad items were this crude.

How about this one?
Came with a few other items to the same militia officer and looks good, but there is one detail that makes me doubt about this one.

Is it meant to be "Начальник УООП Сах Облисполкома"?

It's Сахоблисполком - Sakhalin Oblast Ispolkom - it is consistent with other docs.
What makes me doubt here is the fact that the last row on the stamp says "No.2*For administrative and money documents*"

I gave this a good looking at this morning. I think it is good. If you look at the clerical errors - they are consistent. Feel and smell are something else however.
