Here is the Soldier Of Liberation Order 2nd Class (Huân Chương Chiến Sĩ Giải Phóng Hạng Nhì). The lowest Order of the National Liberation Front.

There must have been a distinct over supply of this particular ribbon as it is almost impossible to avoid - usually used as an incorrect replacement.
