Freedom Fighter Commemorative Medal.

Here is the Freedom Fighter Commemorative Medal (Vabadusvõitleja Mälestusmedal), an official award of the Ministry Of Defence. This was created for the 80th anniversary of the independence of Estonia and during the week of 16th to 24th February 1998 was distributed to c5,000 veterans of the struggle for Estonian independence, be they fighters against Imperial Russia, Germany or the Soviet Union (There were a handful of War Of Independence veterans left alive in 1998). The Medals were distributed by the Freedom Fighters' Union and Finnish War Veterans In Estonia.
