Here is the Badge "Society For The Dissemination Of Scientific Knowledge "Georgi Kirkov"". I have been able to find little information on the national society, that had regional branches, other than the fact it was in action in 1971 (possibly earlier) to the end of the People's Republic.
The reverse is inscribed "Forward-Science And Sun".
