I think that's from the Airapetyan book 'Breast Badges of the Red Army 1941-45'. Good book! Igor sells 'em. (got mine on CDR)

Thanks for the tip. How can I be so stupid... I HAVE this book. It is on page 69, and page 70 shows some transitional badges, with "Rossia"... ;)
