Incidentally Eric, you have an impressive collection of these medals and badges - some in both categories that I did not know existed. You are missing at least one badge though: the VV MVD, which of course is one of the only Chernobyl items I have.:D But then what would you expect from a law enforcement and legal badge guy like myself?:rolleyes:

Here is Document A#337788 issued to Boris Vladimirovich Podlesnyj by the Ministry Of Atomic Energy And Industry on 1st July 1990 for "Liquidating" in 1986.

Podlesnyj was born on 11th July 1950 and was a resident of Vishgorod, only 40 miles from Chernobyl.
