Maybe like that is the name of this soviet college. Students got diplomas as a philharmonic specialists, librarians, etc.

A very underrated degree for most Westerners. I'll try to remember to post photos of the rhomb version and perhaps a diploma if I can find it. Good badge. Could we see photos of the reverse?
