Society Of The Friends Of Aviation North-West District.
This badge is the badge of the Society of the Friends of Aviation for the North-West District. It should be made in silver and have appropriate hallmarks (84, maker’s mark and kokochnik, usually on front), and should have "CCCP" on the enamelled star.

Here some of my originals. The 1923 has replaced enamel on the star.
