strange gimnastiorka

Strange - has a folded collar, but also the holes for shoulderboard buttons, so it's not Military construction personnel. Any ideas what is this?

and btw. - I have a gimnastiorka looking just like the one used by Military construction personnel before 1969, but it's dated 1972(!)
I know that MCP didn't use them after 1974, but how was it before?

It could de VOKh, but would be missing the collar tabs.

I don't know much about WOKhR personnel, but their only gimnastiorka I have ever seen (from 50's) was blue with green collar tabs and no boards.
I had an idea that it can be gimnastiorka for hot climates - they look the same on the pictures in 58 regulations, but the text says nothing about them being made differently. In addition, the collar is made from the darker material then gimnastiorka itself.
And another new theory - I have read recently, that hungarians received many gimnastiorkas for their army in 50's from the SU, and from what I know, the shirts they used had such collars (as a modification), so maybe this is one of those?
