It would seem that it is not wartime nor was it used by the Red Army.
I think you are looking at a fine cold war Warsaw Pact item. I don't believe it is Bulgarian.

The object was found in Albania Perhaps it can be Yugoslavian, if not is Bulgarian. Hello and best wishes for the holidays. |
