Re: Order "Kiril And Metodij".
Here is the document to a 1st Class awarded to Ivan Tonev by Decree #385 on 22nd May 1963. It is rather unusual (though far from unique) that a recipient is referred to by only two names, but there is a good reason.

Re: Order "Kiril And Metodij".
Ivan Tonev Petkov was born on 20th December 1926 and went by the stage name of simply "Ivan Tonev". He graduated from the State Higher Theatrical Academy "Kr'st'o Sarafov" in 1952 specialising in Master Acting and went on to star in many films. The portrait used in his Order booklet is even reused from his Theatrical ID.
He starred in the following films, Anxiety (1951) Under The Yoke (1952) as Pet'r Ovcharov Song For Humans (1954) as Vlado Heroes Of Shipka (1955) First Point (1956) as a Worker Dimitrovgradski (1956) as Misho Lesson Of History (1957) as Stefcho Geratsite (1958) as Pet'r On A Quiet Evening (1960) as the Political Commissar Kalojan (1963) as Dobrilo Black River (1964) as Minko On The Trail Of Those Missing Without A Trace (1979) Ivan died in 1994. Here are a couple of snaps of him in action. Must get the Decree pulled out.
