Medal For Exceptional Undertakings In Maintaining The Constitutional-Legal Order

This Medal has got to be a contender for having the longest name - Medal for Exceptional Undertakings in Maintaining the Constitutional and Legal Order of the Republic of Croatia and Protecting Citizens' Lives and Property.(Medalja za iznimne pothvate u održavanju ustavno-pravnog poretka Republike Hrvatske, te zaštiti života građana i imovine)
But is proving difficult to find information and images.
All i have to date is the ribbon bar shown below, at least it gives an idea as to what the obverse would look like.
