Pilot's Badge.
It was instituted in 1935, interrupting in 1944, with the change from monarchy to communism.
These plates were worn by Luftwaffe pilots who fought alongside the Bulgarians, coming to manufacture their own plates, with small variations in the front and instead placing a needle thread on the back. Its made of light metal with a dimension of 36 mm x 55 mm, and a weight is between 18.5 to 25.5 gr.
