Soviet large flag, Lenin Front head view

HI
I just got this as a gift from southern Russian from a director of an organization. It has the tassles and metal top of flag, says 1 rouble on it, stamped.
It is large 69" by 48" not counting fringe.
I have looked at Ebay etc but only see Lenin pic from side view etc, but mine has front view of Lenin pic, is this rare? What the age, value
