Yes, thank you, it is a later and smaller "smooth covered" variant of the document along with the medal which is in pristine condition. I have been looking for a set like this for quite awhile. I have no way of knowing with any degree of certainty if this is indeed a matched set however, meaning this document with this medal. Although it is known how many of these medals were issued, I don't think we know how many were actually minted. Most of the examples of this medal available are from what I believe is unissued stock, which also accounts for the relative rarity of the document. There are fewer documents than medals in circulation and available to collectors; just my observation. . .
