Here is the "5th September Awards Physical Education Tournament" Medal (9.5상 체육경기대회) awarded by The "Education Committee For Defence And Labour!" (교육위원회 로동과국방을위하여!).

The 5th September Tournament was founded in 1977 in recognition of the founding of congress.
