Ushakov I,13,9th Aviation Storm Division,Red Banner Baltic Front

This recently came out on the market. Thought you'd all enjoy taking a look at it.

The Ushakov 1st was awarded 47 times, 10 of which were to units. This one was awarded to the 9th Fighter Aviation Division, the only aviation division to be awarded the Ushakov 1st. Wow!

And the order itself ?
Do you think it is still ownership of the 9th Fighter Aviation Division ?
Or as far as you all know, has it already came out on the market ? in a Museum ? etc....

BTW, is this Aviation Division still existing, and, for such orders and documents, is it "usual" to find some of them on the market ?
