Even though his service record from TsA MO was not complete, I have his party record booklet which shows his career.

He became a party candidate in 1940 and a full member in 1941.
The number of the party ID doesn't match, but since the one listed is M54... He probably got a new one and it was not noted.

His father was a main accountant, his mother - a housewife.

HE had higher education, Ulianovsk Armor Troops Officer School in 1938 and KGB higher school in 1960.

His speciality is given as "Soviet Army Officer, Lawyer"

Had no scientific title and had the following awards:
2 ORS, OPW2 and 9 medals;
Veteran of Labor in 1977
30 Years of victory in 1975
60 years of armed forces in 1978
40 years of victory in 1985

No knowledge of foreign languages (apparently his "contact with german language" and time spent in Germany was not enough)

He was on a "special" military record, whatever that means (either as a reserve officer with limitations or because he was on the KGB record)
