Generals Shoulderboards

Hi,
Got some Generals shoulderboards and was confused by the many variates. Could someone help me get things right? Here's my shot at it.
Greatcoat everyday , greatcoat everyday (why has one subdued stars?), Old for Kietel/gymnastierka? (far better quality than the rest), shirt/afghanka?, two for summer shirts (slightly different colours, probably just different factories), Parade shirt? (shouldn't it be white?).

Re: Generals Shoulderboards

Left row, up-down
Ist: Lieutenant-General field uniform
2nd: Lieutenant-General coat or raincoat (looks gray - is it?)
3rd: M/43 parade

Right row, up-down
1st: Major-general naval infantry daily
2nd: Major-general - but for what? Could be green service shirt, but it looks very long, or 3rd, which looks like a shirt board as well - look very short.
4th: Not sure, but could be russian federation parade board.
