Бобрик, арсений яковлевич, Red Star, CSM and Jubilee OPW2 on podvig :-). Showing him as a major, could be the same man?

I think you're right, Tom, thank you for the lead. The last entry for the Order of the Patriotic War, 2nd Class lists him as a Lieutenant Colonel, полковник. By the way, it is not the Jubilee Issue.

Nice old Defense of the Caucasus Medal, but wait, what is that maker stamp on the reverse of the suspension? I have heard and seen photographs and scans of this, but now there is one in the collection. What can be told from this maker stamp? I would please appreciate any additional information, and thank you.
