It says "Military unit, field post nr. 11667". On many postwar documents you see the unit refered to with just the unit (field post) number.
Aleksei Mikhailovich Parshikov was commander of the Volga Military District from 1968 to 1971; I don't know what he did afterwards. As a LtCol he commanded the 22nd Rifle Brigade (1942-1943) and the 1st Independent Mountain Rifle Brigade (1944) during the war. |

The entire document looks very rushed but this surname is just beyond me. I managed to get Vladimir Vasilievich but this first bit is off my radar. I just hope it's not too obvious! Thanking you in advance.

Here's another rush job. The handwriting throughout is awful but I did manage to get Степанида Викторовна as her given names. She was born in 1907 but started claiming her pension in 1989, 48 Rubles 72 Kopeks good until June 2017.
What on earth can you buy for 48 1989 rubles now never mind in 5 years? Thanking you in advance.
