Kepuladze, Aleksandr Pavlovich, Oil Worker/MVD/KGB

Aleksandr Pavlovich Kepuladze must have been close to the cutting edge of the Soviet Oil Industry. These first two documents (one from an Electro-Techincal College and one from the State Association Of Azerbaijan Oil Industry) relate to the first period of education in 1928-9. Baku hosted the largest production of Oil in the world at the time.

Here is the third and final document from People's Commissariat Of Education RSFSR Moscow Institute Of Oriental Studies "N. N. Narimanov" dating from 1939. He studied French, Persian and probably all available subjects about "Iran". This Oil Worker was no doubt to be sent to "negotiate" with Persia about new Oil Industry Co-operation. Come the Soviet invasion of Persia this fellow will have been rather valued with Oil and Language skills.

With this additional 16th December 1953 dated pension related document it shows us that Kepuladze joined the Ministry Of Internal Affairs and may also have been decorated with an Order "Lenin" for his long service of 25 years.

A 23rd May 1958 greeting on the event of the 40th anniversary of the KGB awarded by head of Border Troops and the Political Section Of Border Troops of the KGB and 23rd May 1963 which is pretty much the same but for the Trans-Caucasus District KGB.
