I receive today my first Ukraine medal.
Ukraine Medal for 10 years Blameless service ( ministry of internal affair of Ukraine )

That first one especially looks to be well made. What is it for? Is it made from brass and real enamel like it looks like?

yes , brass made and i think is real enamel ,if i compare with a Komsomol badge its the same enamel and thin
