Badge "For Creative Success".

Here's a very nice quality badge I recently stumbled on. According to the reverse, it's "To the participant of the decade of Uzbek literature and art in Moscow 1951." It's serial numbered, in wonderful condition, and very well made.

From the obverse, it appears to be a badge for creative dudeskies, as Norm might say.

This is Uzbek decade badge, but there is also a similar badge with text Estonian cultural decade in Moscow 1957.
