Document for the Medal Capture of Berlin issued to Guards Private Aleeksei Fedorovich Gelshris on November 1st, 1945 by the Commander and Twice Hero of the Soviet Union (#2093 & #4657) of the 7th Guards Tank Corps, Colonel, later (1967), Marshall Ivan Ignatievich Jakubowski, Serial A019991.

Document for Medal Capture of Berlin issued to Evdokiya Ivanovna Akylenko on May 30th, 1987 by the Chernihiv (Ukraine) Regional Military Commissariat, Colonel Gapich, Serial #AB439583, forty-two years later!)

Temporary Certificate (#108) dated June 25th, 1945 for the Medal Capture of Berlin issued to Senior Lieutenant, Medical Services, Raisa Valer’yanovna Chernovolby as Senior Surgical Nurse of a General Surgery Group, 1st Belorussian Front, by the Commander of the 69th Sanitary Department, Major Petryakov.

Awarded to Guards Sergeant Judin, Dmitrij Vasil'evich by the Commander of the 58th Guards Storm Aviation Order Suvurov Regiment Guards Lieutenant Colonel Zavrapenov.

Judin was awarded the Medal "For Combat Merits" on 4th May 1946 for his wartime service as a Aviation Mechanic after being wounded on 18th November 1943 whilst serving in a Rifle Regiment.
