International Friendly Sports Games Of Youth 1957 Moscow

Hi guys,

bought recently this badge with document.
I think it is a badge and a document for winning the 200 meters of the international youth games in Moskau 1957.
And the other badge is a trainer badge during the games.

If I translate correct, the name of the winner is Gisela Köhler (?)
GDR (German Democratic Republic/East Germany)

Are these badges rare and is the name correct?
